We use only top quality tongue and groove timber in our product range and offer a choice of timber styles and thicknesses. Every garden building comes with an initial treatment and all prices include delivery within York and North Yorkshire, erection to a suitable base and VAT.

Sheds York in York also offers a bespoke garden buildings manufacturing service for those with individual requirements such as disabled access, internal partitioning, extra doors and windows, and increased width, length and height.

Sheds York provide a free full delivery and installation service for up to a 40 miles radius of York. Delivery outside this area is available at a small additional cost. Please contact our sales team for information on our latest prices, delivery and details of our local show site.

 

All buildings are treated with a red cedar stain (base coat only). A further coat of wood preservative must then be applied within two weeks of delivery.

 

A solid level base must be provided by the Customer before installation of the building can be made. Reasonable access must also be provided. It is at the sole discretion of our experienced fitting team to determine whether access is reasonable. If they find it not to be, the building will be delivered only. Should it be necessary to return at a later date once the base or access has been improved a surcharge will apply. If you are not sure regarding bases or access please call our sales team.

 

We do offer a full base laying service as well as fence erecting and removal of existing buildings. Prices are subject to survey.
